Centre of Technology & Entrepreneurship Development (CTED), formed in 1997 by a group of development professionals, is a National level non-profit development organization, registered under the Societies Registration Act 21, 1860. It was formed by a group of development professionals with extensive grass roots experience of the development issues affecting Indian communities in the Uttar Pradesh region of India.
